PREP | Fry or bake chicken wings until internal temperature of 165 degrees, then toss with the Gochujang sauce.
Saute rice, chopped cilantro, broccoli, and sesame oil until hot, then pile the mixture in the center of the serving bowl.
Place chicken on one side of the rice and the kimchi on the other side of the bowl. Place julienne radish in a pile on top of rice and then garnish with a sprig of cilantro. Shake sesame seeds over chicken.
